Effective January 15, 2024, each CA text alert received on your mobile device will come from the number 317065. Each message will begin with “CA Info.”
To ensure you receive CA text alerts, do the following from EACH mobile device listed in Renweb/FACTS:
- Text the word START to the number 317065
- Save the number 317065 in your contacts on your device
- Don’t opt out using the STOP method
