If you are not already familiar with Columbia Academy, we invite you to call and schedule an appointment to visit our school and talk with our staff. An onsite visit provides an opportunity to learn about the school’s policies, academics, activities, and the admission process.
Apply
Complete your Application for Enrollment card provided by the Business Office.
Also submit copies of each of the following:
- Birth Certificate
- Social Security Card
- Immunization Record
- Report Card
- Transcript (9-12th Grades only)
The counselor will contact your child’s previous school to review his/her grade, absentee, and disciplinary history. The administration and the membership committee of the Board of Directors will review your application. A decision will be made concerning enrollment, and you will be notified as soon as possible.
